- 体外研究3-甲基-2-氧代丁酸（α-酮异戊酸）是大肠杆菌中泛酸的前体[1]。 3-甲基-2-氧代丁酸（α-酮异戊酸）增强α-酮异己酸和α-酮-β-甲基-n-戊酸，但会减少相应的氨基酸，并导致鸟氨酸早期下降血浆精氨酸的晚期增加[2]。
