草胺膦生物活性

描述

Glufosinate 是谷氨酸的膦酸类似物，是一种由植物细胞转化为 PT (L-phosphinothricin) 的除草剂。Glufosinate 具有神经毒性作用。

体外研究

Glufosinate（1-100μM；12DIV）破坏分化的V-SVZ神经干细胞（NSC）中的细胞-细胞粘附[2]。Glufosinate（1-100μM；12DIV）在100μM显著降低Celsr2基因表达[2]。谷氨酸盐损害室管膜细胞合成纤毛的能力[2]。
体内研究

草铵膦（10-250 mg/kg；灌胃；每日；妊娠6~15天）表明在Wistar大鼠中给予50或250毫克/千克组的母体毒性〔3〕。在雄性和雌性大鼠的半衰期不到4小时的情况下，血液中的谷氨酸盐（经口插管）被清除[3]。
