描述

Isocurcumenol 可从 Curcuma zedoaria Rhizomes 中分离得到，是 ERα 的抑制剂。具有抗肿瘤活性。其对 DLA 和 KB 癌细胞的 IC50 分别为 99.1 µg/mL 和 178.2 µg/mL。

体外研究

异胆甾醇（12.5-400微克/毫升，24-48小时）剂量依赖性抑制癌细胞增殖[1]。异胆甾醇对正常鸡胚成纤维细胞和淋巴细胞没有明显的毒性[1]。
